Specialist renewable energy loss adjuster expands forensic accounting and claims handling capabilities amid growing complexity in clean energy insurance claims

London, 18th May 2026 – Green Partners Adjusting (GPA), the specialist renewable energy loss adjusting firm, has strengthened its London team with the appointments of Adam Horan as Forensic Accountant and Charles Allum as Loss Adjuster.

The appointments reflect continued growth in demand for specialist renewable energy claims expertise as insurers, brokers and asset owners navigate increasingly complex losses across solar, wind and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects.

Adam Horan joins Green Partners Adjusting with a background spanning accounting, production finance and insurance loss adjusting. He began his career at Hiller Hopkins LLP, where he developed core accounting and tax expertise, before moving into a Production Accountant role at Sunset + Vine. Most recently, Adam worked as a Loss Adjuster at Sedgwick, supporting the management and financial assessment of complex insurance claims.

At GPA, Adam will support the financial analysis and quantification of renewable energy claims   , further enhancing the firm’s specialist forensic accounting capabilities.

Charles Allum joins the business from WK Webster, the marine insurance and claims specialist, where he worked as a  Claims Handler managing a wide range of  claims. His experience handling complex recoveries and coordinating claims processes across multiple stakeholders strengthens GPA’s technical claims handling expertise as renewable energy projects continue to scale globally.

Green Partners Adjusting operates exclusively within the renewable energy sector, supporting insurers, reinsurers, brokers, MGAs, owners and operators with technically complex claims across wind, solar, BESS and wider energy infrastructure assets.
